Shipping policy

If purchasing a premade item, our policy is to ship within 1-2 days within purchase. If ordering a custom item, such as a custom portrait or art piece or a piece made with resin, shipping times will vary based on production time. We will, however, remain in touch regarding progress of your custom order. Please contact us at info@chantalclaire.com with any concerns.  If ordering a custom piece for a gift please order in advance!
